The Education Assistance Programme was formalized in 2014 and seeks to engender general personal development, sound educational base, good moral values, spiritual growth and the upliftment of each beneficiary.
Students are selected based on a needs assessment basis and the programme involves students enrolled in several learning institutions including primary, secondary/high schools and tertiary level institutions.
A partnership is forged between the Diocese and all stake holders. Grants are disbursed to each recipient through the respective learning institutions.
Through our Scholarship Fund, students are assisted in the category of school fees, lunch, transportation, books and other school supplies. Other types of help include personal needs such as clothing and food.
